The daily prices refer to a stay of 7 nights. Short breaks (3N, 4N, 5N) are subject to a surcharge.
Included:
W-Lan, 1x bed linen, 2x hand towels, 2x bath towels/person, 2x tea towels, electricity and heating, dishwasher tabs, coffee filters, Joker Card
Nespresso machine (please bring your favorite coffee with you), one parking space per apartment.
Extra costs:
- Local tax per person & day € 2.95 (from 15 years)
- Deposit € 200.00 per apartment upon arrival
- On-site cleaning fee
Booking information:
- Our apartments are exclusively non-smoking apartments
- Pets are not allowed
- On the day of arrival, your apartments will be ready for occupancy from 3 p.m.
- On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
- The reservation is considered fixed when the deposit has been credited to our account.
We recommend a European hotel cancellation insurance!

90 days to 30 days before departure 40% of the total cost
30 days to 7 days before departure 70% of the total cost
From 7 days before the start of the trip 100% of the total costs
A cancellation can only be accepted in writing.
