The daily prices refer to a stay of 7 nights. Short breaks (3N, 4N, 5N) are subject to a surcharge.
Included:
W-Lan, 1x bed linen, 2x hand towels, 2x bath towels, 2x tea towels, electricity and heating, dishwashing tabs, coffee filters,
Nespresso machine (please bring your favorite coffee with you), one parking space per apartment.
Extra costs:
- Local tax per person & day € 2.95 (from 15 years)
- Deposit € 200.00 per apartment upon arrival
- On-site cleaning fee
Booking information:
- Our apartments are exclusively non-smoking apartments
- Pets are not allowed
- On the day of arrival, your apartments will be ready for occupancy from 3 p.m.
- On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
- The reservation is considered fixed when the deposit has been credited to our account.
- When arriving by car, please don’t forget snow chains!
Cancellation costs winter 2024/2025
90 days to 30 days before departure 40% of the total cost
30 days to 7 days before the start of the trip 70% of the total costs
from 7 days before the start of the trip 100% of the total costs
We recommend a European hotel cancellation insurance!
